Who needs to relax in a sparkling pool or enjoy a variety of dishes when the elevator is noisy and the knick-knacks are broken, right? Ugh!

Some of the amenities advertised were not as described, such as the lack of plug sockets near the bed and the hairdryer being available only with a deposit. The shower's cold water tap was slow to turn and the toilet was not cleaned well.
